ASPA is a contemporary Asian-inspired Spanish tapas restaurant nestled within tranquil greenery in the Aranda Country Club. Inspired by casual homestyle cooking, ASPA combines traditional Spanish food with Asian ingredients to create greater synergy in the flavours of its dishes. The casual-style neighbourhood restaurant is also the first to launch the Spanish paella cooked in claypot, a time-honoured cooking method favoured in Asian cuisine.
